Your host: Ivica Radić

For many years our family has rented out the five apartments in Poljica. Not a tourism operation – a house that sits right by the sea and where we live ourselves. Whoever stays here is our guest.

Who we are

I’m Ivica Radić, born and raised in the small farming village of Vrsine just inland from Poljica – with the Adriatic in sight for as long as I can remember. I lived and worked in Germany for many years, and I’m now back here in my home country.

What drives me is simple: I want to share my love for this region – the sea, the people, the sun, honest Dalmatian food – with guests from around the world.

Languages: German, Croatian, English and some Italian.

Together with my family we run the house – personally, without an agency, without long lead times. If you call, one of us picks up. If something comes up, we’re reachable.

What that means for you

The sea, the people, the sun

Poljica isn’t a tourist town in the classical sense. It’s a fishing village where we’ve lived and welcomed guests for many years. The neighbours know each other, the small shop around the corner stocks what you need, and in the evening people meet by the sea. Once you arrive, you’ll see quickly: Dalmatia isn’t just a landscape, it’s also an attitude to life.

We’ll be happy when you drop by. Dobro došli – welcome.
